TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP BETWEEN SPOUSES

1. Go to the CT Station and request a seller's CT.

2. You will receive a Demande D’immatriculation (Pink form) + a CT Certificate (Green color) after payment. 

3. Complete Transfer of Ownership Form.

4. Provide Registration Office with all relevant documents, as described for each case, in the sponsor's name (both parts of national registration documents , a valid insurance green card etc.) in order to register the vehicle. 

note.  The Transfer between Spouses is considered as "Buying a vehicle" .
