In line with Chief of Staff’s commitment to integrity, transparency, and a workplace free from misconduct, an independently and confidentially staffed telephone helpline has been established to raise awareness and educate staff on issues related to wrongdoing. This initiative focuses particularly on harassment, bullying, and discrimination, ensuring that all personnel have a secure and discreet way to voice concerns.
As of January 2024, this Helpline has expanded its scope to include anti-fraud reporting, further strengthening Chief of Staff’s mission to uphold ethical standards. The confidential helpline will now serve two critical purposes:
1. Harassment, Bullying, and Discrimination (HBD)
2. Anti-Fraud Reporting
This helpline provides a secure mechanism for reporting any observed or perceived wrongdoing, ethical violations, or waste, reinforcing COS’s firm stance on fostering a strong ethical culture with zero tolerance for fraud, misconduct, or other unethical behaviour, as outlined in official Directives.
All staff are encouraged to utilize this resource to ensure fairness, accountability, and professionalism across the organization. COS remains committed to addressing concerns confidentially and effectively, ensuring a workplace built on respect, integrity, and ethical leadership.
