On 22nd of June 2022 SHAPE Chief of Staff initiated a new information campaign on harassment prevention & management. This will be a permanent and active prevention system. The information campaign has four objectives: information, education, prevention and response to actual situations that may occur. The purpose of this campaign is to increase the overall organizational awareness to prevent any type of misconduct to include but not limited to discrimination, bullying and harassment in the workplace in accordance with all the principles stipulated within all applicable policy and directives.

SHAPE has a Zero Tolerance approach to all forms of Harassment, Bullying and Discrimination
