From 12 to 21 April included, the magnificent “Château de Beloeil”, also known as the “Belgian Versailles”, will open its doors to make you discover the beautiful “Amaryllis exhibition” – a not-to-be-missed flower exhibition (more than 6,000 flowers!) in the rooms of the castle.

The theme this year is “Fairy Tales”.

During the time of the exhibition, the “Château de Beloeil” will be open every day from 10:00 to 18:00 hours.

Admission is 16 €/person (adults) - students and seniors: 15 €. Kids aged six to 12: 8 €, Free for kids under six years old.

There is a bar/restaurant at the entrance called «Le Relais du Maréchal» where you can have a drink (Belgian beers, soft drinks, coffee etc.) and a snack/dessert (cheese plate, Belgian waffles, pancakes, ice-creams). Have you ever heard of the Forest of Halle (in Dutch, “Hallerbos”), also known as the “Blue Forest”, where you can admire the Bluebells in full bloom?

Around mid-April, the forest of Halle turns into a “beautiful purple carpet”.

The bloom lasts about three weeks, which gives you enough time to admire the bluebells. The forest of Halle attracts a lot of visitors each year (if you can, it is best to visit it during the week).

Admission is free.
