The booking of an appointment is a pre-requisite before coming to RGN/HMS, be aware that registering/extending your protocol ID or Car registration CANNOT be done before having a valid SHAPE ID or extending your SHAPE ID date.

In order to maintain the highest degree of service and to free time slots for others, we request our customers cancel appointments they are unable to attend through the link provided in their confirmation Email. It is mandatory to state under "comments" the name of the person(s) to be served by our registration office, i.e. name of newcomer, yourself and of your dependent(s). IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO MAKE DOUBLE OR MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS FOR THE SAME PURPOSE AND PERSONS and all appointments will automatically be deleted by the Registration Section without further notice.

Only authorized personnel can request a visitor access pass using the SHAPE form 550 that must be submitted to the Information Desk located in Building 102 no later than five working days prior to the guests arrival.

Sponsors must ensure they greet their guests at the Visitor's Office located at Berlin Gate and are responsible for ensuring that their guests respect all SHAPE Directives.
