The ISS Helpdesk performs under the Infrastructure, Storage and Supply (ISS) Branch. It provides a centralised service to manage and coordinate requests across infrastructure, logistics and supply.

Requesting works and services:

• A hotline is available 24/7 at extension 5555 for repair works, troubleshooting or correcting failures.
• For any other service related new work, alteration, replacement, self-help projects, supply, furniture or support from movers, a SHAPE Form 8 (SF8) must be submitted.
• SF8 will be returned to the requestor with a project number; this number should be used for any future inquiry. 
  
• Self-Help works cannot be executed without written approval from the Branch.
  

Please note that SF8 requests must be submitted by personnel authorised through an SF 37-1. Incomplete SF8s — missing a signature and/or Statement of Work (SOW) — will be returned without action.

Support to Family Housing: 

ISS provides limited support to residential areas and housing, focused on maintenance of green spaces and public lighting.

ISS is in a process of digitalizing the SF8 with a NATO owned solution developed by NSPA. We encourage all ISS customers and clients to obtain their login credentials and security tokens as of now. Contact ISS Helpdesk for information on the procedure. 

The digital SF8 portal, named CustReq2, will be in production in Q4 2026. The precise date will be given after final testing phase, after which Paper/PDF SF8 will no longer be accepted.
